Dr. V.R.S. Sampath (WTEF/MDS) invited Puducherry CM Thiru N. Rangasamy as Special Guest at the 13th Global Economic Summit in Mauritius (Sept 11-13, 2026). He accepted. The 2018 WTEF conference in Puducherry attracted ₹1,000 crore in investments under his leadership. Dr. Sampath praised his governance. The summit will unite global leaders for trade, investment, and diaspora ties.
