Dr. V.R.S. Sampath (MDS/WTEF) invited Puducherry Minister Sivakolundu to the 13th World Tamils Economic Conference in Mauritius (Sept 11-13, 2026). He chaired the 2018 Puducherry conference and received the “Crown Jewel” award. Dr. Sampath praised his longstanding support.
