Dr. V.R.S. Sampath conveyed birthday greetings to Dr. S. Jagathrakshagan, MP and former Union Minister, praising his educational vision as Bharath University founder and his Tamil development work. He also invited him as a Special Guest to the 13th World Tamils Economic Conference in Mauritius (Sept 11-13, 2026). Dr. Sampath said his oratory and experience would greatly enhance the global summit.
