Dr. V.R.S. Sampath (WTEF/MDS) hosted a Chennai dinner for Indo-Japan expert Mr. Kasinathan Karunanidhi, promoting the 13th World Tamils Economic Conference in Mauritius (Sept 11-13, 2026).
