Dr. V.R.S. Sampath, WTEF President, hosted a Chennai dinner honouring Guyana’s Ms. Rabeena R. Arun for her Tamil Nadu pilgrimage. He praised her role in preserving diaspora heritage. Guests included artist Divya Kasthuri and Dr. Vanitha Murali Kumar. Former Guyana PM Dr. Moses Nagamootoo recommended Ms. Rabeena for the 13th World Tamils Economic Conference (Mauritius, Sept 2026). Dr. Sampath extended an invitation, citing her valuable Caribbean perspective. The evening celebrated cultural bonds and future global collaboration.
