Dr. V.R.S. Sampath (MDS/WTEF) invited Mr. Bala Balendra, Australian CPA, former Deputy Mayor, and Founder Patron of WTEF, as Special Guest at the 13th World Tamils Economic Conference in Mauritius (Sept 11-13, 2026). He accepted and will speak. A pioneer since the 2005 founding meeting, he organized the first Sydney conference. Dr. Sampath praised his lasting impact. The summit will unite 30+ countries for global Tamil economic cooperation.
