Dr. V.R.S. Sampath (WTEF/MDS) invited Adv. Prabhakaran Ramachandran, an international lawyer and Supreme Court practitioner, as a speaker at the 13th Global Economic Summit in Mauritius (Sept 11-13, 2026). He will address International Trade Laws, covering cross-border disputes, investment protection, and arbitration. Dr. Sampath noted his legal expertise will benefit global delegates.
